Reflection Of Women’s Impact In Hip-Hop
On August 10, 2023, I had the pleasure to sit in on an extraordinary panel at Bus Boys and Poet’s on K St NW DC. To celebrate 50 years of hip-hop, HumanitiesDC and DC Music Summit hosted a Q &A called Herstory: A DMV Hip-Hop Love story. The panel featured some big movers in the industry like Paige Hernandez, Steph Lova, Nonchalant, RAtheMC, DJ Soyo and Dior Ashely Browns curating. This was such a powerful and motivating discussion.
