BlerdCon Embraces The Heat With Summer Time Madness

From July 12-14, BlerdCon returned bigger and badder than ever in Crystal City, Virginia. If you are unfamiliar with the convention, it is a pop culture convention that's geared specifically towards black nerds. All are welcome though. this year was jammed packed with special guests from Walter Jones, Karen Ashley, Phil Lamar, Thot Squad, Khleo Thomas and so much more. The How to Nerd Podcast did a live episode and did a screening for Wesley “Wuz Good” Armstrong’s short film “Vigilante”. I did 3 livestreams with Blerd Station. The after parties were dope. I’m seeing so many familiar faces and making new friends. It was a blast. Next Year Blerd Con will take place in March with a horror them. I already have chills.
