Poor People’s Campaign & Low-Wage Workers Assemble!

On June 29, 2024, The Mass Poor People’s & Low-Wage Workers Assembly made their presence felt by the Canadian Embassy within an ear shot the Capital Building. My students and I covered the protest to find out who they are supporting in the upcoming Presidential Election and how they are going to mobilize the people to make change. There’s so much at steak this November. We can’t sit around and do nothing. It is time to make our voices heard. Project 2025 must not come to fruition. If you’re 18 years and older, please come out and vote. Don’t let your voice be silenced.
