Aim To Eat: Food Distribution and Resource Fair
On April 29, 2023, I heard music from my living room and looked outside my window to discover a festival across the street. Me being the curious reporter that I am, I quickly got dress and grabbed my camera to go see what was going on. To my surprise, I learned about Aim To Eat. The event happens every Saturday in different locations in the DMV. Organizations like STAT DC, OSSE, and the Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement partnered up to help fight against the food desert in low income neighborhoods.
