On Sunday, January 26, 2025, several talented artists showcased their masterpieces at the Open House Art exhibition up Harvard ST NW curated by Nonie Dope, and hosted by Real Estate Agent Regina. I have seen this trend where real estate agents use up-and-coming talents’ works of art to draw potential homebuyers into open houses. It's a smart play because it benefits both the real estate agent and the creative. It was great to see familiar faces like Joee Spacey and Tone Butta who I first met at Pancakes & Booze.
