MagFest Was A Great Way To Start The New Year
On January 19, 2024 I had the pleasure of chaperoning and covering my high school’s E-sports team to MagFest at the Gaylord hotel at the National Harbor. I have been to many cons but this was my first time at MagFest. For those who don’t know, MagFest is a 24 hour gaming and music convention. Shout out to the E-sports coach Kelso for inviting me. The E-sports team competed in 2 gaming tournaments, Smash Bros and Mortal Kombat 1. They did pretty well for their first time at the con. I hope they go to more cons to compete.
